GLP-1s under $150 a month
A hard price ceiling. Every programme billing $150 or less a month with the medication included.
Updated 2026-09-18 · every price checked by hand
How we make money: one company on this page — Coreage Rx — pays us a commission when a reader signs up through our link. It buys them nothing else: not a better score, not a higher place in the table, not the removal of a single criticism. Our scoring method and full disclosure are both public.
A simple filter: the medication included, and a billed monthly figure of $150 or less. Programmes that only reach that number with a twelve-month prepayment are flagged rather than hidden.
It is a smaller list than the advertising in this market would lead you to expect, because most of the sub-$150 headlines you will see either exclude the medication, describe a microdose, or lapse after the first month.
What gets a programme onto this table
- Billed monthly cost of $150 or less after any introductory period.
- Medication included in that figure.
- Conventional dosing — microdose programmes are excluded.
3 of the 21 providers we track qualify. Every figure checked by hand and verified 2026-09-18 and re-checked periodically.

1. Coreage Rx — Best overall on true monthly cost
$149 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate telehealth program for compounded GLP-1s. The medication, the clinician visits and the ongoing check-ins are quoted as one number, with no separate membership billed alongside it.
The $99 and $149 rates are annual-plan prices. If you want month-to-month, budget $149 and $199 instead, and check the refund terms before prepaying a year. Read the full Coreage Rx review.
2. Ozari Health — Lowest advertised semaglutide price
$86 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate compounded GLP-1 telehealth service operating in all 50 states, with physician review through the Arora Health network and a dedicated health concierge.
Confirm whether $86 is a month-to-month rate or requires a longer commitment, and ask which pharmacy compounds it. Read the full Ozari Health review.
3. Trimi — Lowest flat price with named pharmacies
$99 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate compounded GLP-1 programme on annual plans, with medical oversight through the Arora Health clinician network and publicly named 503A compounding pharmacies.
Both headline prices are annual-plan rates. Confirm the month-to-month figure and the refund terms before prepaying twelve months. Read the full Trimi review.
Questions we get asked
Are programmes this cheap legitimate?
The ones on this page all require a prescription and a clinician review, which is the meaningful test. What makes them cheap is compounding plus the absence of a membership fee, not a shortcut around prescribing.
Will the price rise as my dose increases?
On some programmes yes. The ones that hold a single price across the whole dose ladder are listed separately on our flat-rate page.
Two things worth knowing before you buy on price
Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. Two approved oral GLP-1s now start around $149 a month, and from 1 July 2026 eligible Medicare beneficiaries can access certain GLP-1s for $50 a month — both of which beat a large part of this market. See the approved pills and the Medicare programme.
In STEP-1, adults on 2.4 mg lost an average of about 14.9% of body weight over 68 weeks. That figure comes from a controlled trial of the active ingredient, not from any particular seller's product.
