Tirzepatide starts at 2.5 mg and climbs to 10 or 15 mg. On many programmes the price climbs with it, so your bill rises exactly as the treatment starts working.
Flat pricing removes that, and it removes something subtler too: the quiet financial pressure to push on to the next dose rather than hold steady for a month while side effects settle. That should be a clinical decision, and flat pricing keeps it one.

Questions we get asked
Why does dose-based pricing matter so much?
Because the starting dose is not a treatment dose. The doses that produced the trial results are the higher ones, so a programme that charges more for those is charging more for the part that works.
Can I stay on a lower dose?
Often yes, and plenty of people settle at a middle dose. On a flat-rate programme that costs you nothing, which is the point of this page.
Two things worth knowing before you buy on price
Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. Two approved oral GLP-1s now start around $149 a month, and from 1 July 2026 eligible Medicare beneficiaries can access certain GLP-1s for $50 a month — both of which beat a large part of this market. See the approved pills and the Medicare programme.
