We do one thing: work out what 19 GLP-1 programmes really cost over a year, and publish the list cheapest first.
Why bother
Because the pricing is deliberately hard to read. One programme advertises $99 a month and bills $198. Another says “from $179” and means a sublingual product, not the weekly injection you had in mind. A third quotes $25 a month, which turns out to be what somebody with good insurance pays after approval.
None of that is illegal. Most of it is not even dishonest. It is just structured so that comparison is hard work. We do the work.
How we do it
- Prices come from published sources and are verified by hand — last checked 2026-09-18.
- We record the advertised price and the billed price separately, because the gap between them is the story.
- Rankings sort on full-year cost. Scores come from the rubric on how we rate.
What we are not
Not a pharmacy, not a telehealth provider, not a medical practice. We do not prescribe or dispense anything, and nothing here is medical advice. GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs with real contraindications and real side effects; whether to take one is a decision for you and a licensed clinician who has taken your history.
We also do not publish invented reviews. No fabricated customer quotes, no star ratings dressed up as reader surveys. Where we have an opinion we say it is ours and show the rubric it came from.
