The cheapest semaglutide online
Semaglutide programmes ranked on the billed monthly figure, with membership fees counted and teaser rates discarded.

How we make money: one company on this page — Coreage Rx — pays us a commission when a reader signs up through our link. It buys them nothing else: not a better score, not a higher place in the table, not the removal of a single criticism. Our scoring method and full disclosure are both public.
Semaglutide is the cheaper of the two main GLP-1s almost everywhere, which makes the spread between providers even harder to justify.
Three programmes in our table advertise the same $99 headline. One bills $99, one bills about $178 and one bills about $198, because of what does or does not sit behind the advertised number. This page sorts on the figure that actually leaves your account.
What gets a programme onto this table
- Offers compounded or branded semaglutide.
- The monthly price includes the medication at conventional doses.
- Microdose programmes are excluded — they are a different treatment, not a cheaper one.
14 of the 21 providers we track qualify. Every figure checked by hand and verified 2026-09-18 and re-checked periodically.

Questions we get asked
What is the cheapest semaglutide programme?
The lowest verified all-in rate we have found is $86 a month. Below that you are generally looking at microdose programmes or fees that exclude the medication.
Is the Wegovy pill cheaper than compounded semaglutide?
Not quite at the cheapest end, but it is competitive and it is FDA-approved. Self-pay starts around $149 a month, which beats a large share of the compounded programmes on this page.
Two things worth knowing before you buy on price
Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. Two approved oral GLP-1s now start around $149 a month, and from 1 July 2026 eligible Medicare beneficiaries can access certain GLP-1s for $50 a month — both of which beat a large part of this market. See the approved pills and the Medicare programme.
In STEP-1, adults on 2.4 mg lost an average of about 14.9% of body weight over 68 weeks. That figure comes from a controlled trial of the active ingredient, not from any particular seller's product.
