Is Ozari Health legit?
A real business with a real prescription requirement. The question worth asking is what it dispenses and what it bills — $125 a month.

How we make money: one company on this page — Coreage Rx — pays us a commission when a reader signs up through our link. It buys them nothing else: not a better score, not a higher place in the table, not the removal of a single criticism. Our scoring method and full disclosure are both public.
Short answer: Ozari Health is a real, operating telehealth business that requires a prescription and a clinician review, and there is nothing in what we checked to suggest otherwise. The longer answer is about what exactly it dispenses and what it charges.
"Legit" tends to mean two different things when people search it. One is "will I be scammed" — and on that, Ozari Health behaves like a legitimate business. The other is "is what I am being sold what I think it is", and that is the question worth more of your time.
What we verified
- Compounded semaglutide advertised from $86/month — the lowest verified rate in this comparison.
- Compounded tirzepatide advertised from $125/month.
- No membership fee; free expedited 3-5 day shipping included.
- HSA and FSA accepted; no insurance billing.
- Physician review through Arora Health, the same clinical network behind Trimi, with named medical directors.
- States on its own pages that compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
- Publishes verbatim Trustpilot reviews rather than curated testimonials.

The five-point check
- Requires a prescription and a clinician review. Yes — Ozari Health routes intake through a licensed clinician before anything ships. Any seller that does not is the single clearest warning sign in this market.
- Dispenses FDA-approved medication. No — this is a compounded preparation, which the FDA has not reviewed for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality. That is true of most low-cost programmes and is not by itself a mark against them, but you should know it.
- Names its compounding pharmacy. Not publicly. Ask before you order, and ask whether it is a 503A pharmacy or a registered 503B outsourcing facility.
- Publishes its ongoing price. Yes, and the advertised figure matches what you are billed.
- States what happens on cancellation. Reasonably clearly, and leaving is straightforward.
What "compounded" means here. A compounding pharmacy prepares the medication against an individual prescription. It is legal and long-established, but the preparation itself is not FDA-approved. Since the shortages resolved the rules have narrowed considerably — see is compounded still legal.
What it costs, plainly
| Ozari Health | |
|---|---|
| Advertised from | $125 |
| Membership | None |
| Billed monthly | $125 |
| Per year | $1,500 |
Where it falls short
- Does not name the specific compounding pharmacy, only that they are licensed.
- Shares a clinical network with Trimi, so the two are less independent than they appear.
- Newer and smaller than the established platforms.
Red flags we did not find
- No prescription requirement — not the case here.
- Medication sold as "research chemicals" or "not for human consumption" — not the case here.
- Prices far below every other seller, which usually signals an unlicensed source.
- No way to contact a clinician after purchase.
- No named clinical leadership anywhere on the site.

Our verdict
Ozari Health is legitimate in the sense most people mean. Whether it is *right* for you is a separate question, and it comes down to the $125 a month and does not name the specific compounding pharmacy, only that they are licensed. Our full assessment is in the Ozari Health tirzepatide review.
