1. Coreage Rx — Best overall on true monthly cost

$199 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate telehealth program for compounded GLP-1s. The medication, the clinician visits and the ongoing check-ins are quoted as one number, with no separate membership billed alongside it.

2. Likeness Rx — Public offer; not independently scored

$199 a month, no membership fee. Likeness Rx offers online access to compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Its public page lists semaglutide from $79/month; tirzepatide from $129/month.

3. Ozari Health — Lowest advertised semaglutide price

$125 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate compounded GLP-1 telehealth service operating in all 50 states, with physician review through the Arora Health network and a dedicated health concierge.

$189 a month, no membership fee. Prescription GLP-1 and peptide programmes with no membership fee, built around genetic testing, using independent clinicians and a publicly listed set of 503A pharmacies.

Two things worth knowing before you buy on price

Before you spend anything: approved oral GLP-1s start at $149 a month and Medicare drops to $50 in July 2026. Both undercut a large part of this market, and neither is compounded.

In SURMOUNT-1, adults with obesity lost an average of 19.5% of body weight on 10 mg and 20.9% on 15 mg over 72 weeks. That figure comes from a controlled trial of the active ingredient, not from any particular seller's product.
