No commitment required
Month-to-month programmes you can leave without forfeiting a prepaid block or a twelve-month contract.

How we make money: one company on this page — Coreage Rx — pays us a commission when a reader signs up through our link. It buys them nothing else: not a better score, not a higher place in the table, not the removal of a single criticism. Our scoring method and full disclosure are both public.
A meaningful share of people stop a GLP-1 within the first eight weeks, usually because of side effects. A twelve-month prepayment does not care about that.
These are the programmes where you can buy a month, see how your body responds, and walk away without having lent anyone a year of payments. The cheapest headline rates in this market usually require exactly the opposite.
What gets a programme onto this table
- Month-to-month purchasing available without prepaying a multi-month block.
- No fixed-term contract required to access the programme.
- Medication included in the monthly figure.
16 of the 21 providers we track qualify. Every figure checked by hand and verified 2026-09-18 and re-checked periodically.

Cheapest qualifying option: Ozari Health at $125 a month. Our featured partner is pinned to the top of the list where it qualifies — see how we rate for who scores higher.
1. Coreage Rx — Best overall on true monthly cost
$199 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate telehealth program for compounded GLP-1s. The medication, the clinician visits and the ongoing check-ins are quoted as one number, with no separate membership billed alongside it.
The $99 and $149 rates are annual-plan prices. If you want month-to-month, budget $149 and $199 instead, and check the refund terms before prepaying a year. Read the full Coreage Rx review.
2. Ozari Health — Lowest advertised semaglutide price
$125 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate compounded GLP-1 telehealth service operating in all 50 states, with physician review through the Arora Health network and a dedicated health concierge.
Confirm whether $86 is a month-to-month rate or requires a longer commitment, and ask which pharmacy compounds it. Read the full Ozari Health review.
3. PlexusDx — Pharmacy transparency and genetic testing
$189 a month, no membership fee. Prescription GLP-1 and peptide programmes with no membership fee, built around genetic testing, using independent clinicians and a publicly listed set of 503A pharmacies.
The advertised "from $129" is the programme floor. Budget $189/month for the compounded injection tier. Read the full PlexusDx review.
4. Ivím Health — Unlimited clinician access
$199 a month, no membership fee. All-inclusive individualised GLP-1 programme with unlimited virtual visits and weekly dose adjustments, founded by a physician in 2021.
Pharmacy sourcing is not published. Ask which pharmacy fills your prescription and whether it is 503A or 503B before starting. Read the full Ivím Health review.
Questions we get asked
Are annual plans worth it?
The discount is usually real — often $600 a year or more. The risk is that you are prepaying for a treatment you may not tolerate. Starting month-to-month and switching after two dose increases captures most of the saving with far less risk.
Can supply problems affect a prepaid plan?
Yes, and it is worth asking about. The compounding rules are being rewritten, and a supply route closing mid-contract is a real scenario.
Two things worth knowing before you buy on price
Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. Two approved oral GLP-1s now start around $149 a month, and from 1 July 2026 eligible Medicare beneficiaries can access certain GLP-1s for $50 a month — both of which beat a large part of this market. See the approved pills and the Medicare programme.
In SURMOUNT-1, adults with obesity lost an average of 19.5% of body weight on 10 mg and 20.9% on 15 mg over 72 weeks. That figure comes from a controlled trial of the active ingredient, not from any particular seller's product.
