Best value GLP-1 programmes
Cheapest is one question; best value is another. Where each programme actually earns what it charges.
Updated 2026-09-18 · every price checked by hand
How we make money: one company on this page — Coreage Rx — pays us a commission when a reader signs up through our link. It buys them nothing else: not a better score, not a higher place in the table, not the removal of a single criticism. Our scoring method and full disclosure are both public.
Cheapest and best value are not the same question. This page is for the second one: where the money you spend actually buys something.
We ran every programme through the scoring rubric, which weighs true monthly cost most heavily but also counts price honesty, clinical support, pharmacy sourcing and how hard it is to cancel. Here is where each one earns its money.
Best overall value: Coreage Rx
The reason is boring and it is the entire reason. There is no membership fee. Nearly every rival advertises a medication price and charges a separate monthly fee behind it, so the number you compared on was never the number you paid. Here, $199 a month means $199 a month. Full detail in the Coreage Rx tirzepatide review and the semaglutide review.
Best if you have insurance: Mochi Health
That sounds like a contradiction. It is not: Mochi runs an insurance concierge that actually pursues coverage, and a successful claim can cut your cost by an order of magnitude. No other programme in our table treats that as core work. See the Mochi tirzepatide review.
Best no-nonsense middle option: Zealthy
Most of this market advertises a low medication price and recovers the difference in a monthly fee. Zealthy does not, so the $151 you are quoted is the $151 you pay. See the Zealthy semaglutide review.
Best if you will not inject: Henry Meds
The prepaid route is where the value is. Three months of oral semaglutide is $747, or $537 paid in full, which works out near $179 a month — competitive with anything on this page if the format suits you. See the Henry Meds semaglutide review.
Best coaching: Noom
The coaching is the actual product here and it is the best in this comparison. Biomarker monitoring is folded in, and cancellation is straightforward, which is not universal in this market. See the Noom tirzepatide review.
Best for FDA-approved medication: Ro
Ro exited compounded GLP-1s entirely and now works only with FDA-approved products. That is a defensible position and it removes the regulatory question that hangs over every compounded programme on this page. It is also the reason the price is what it is. See the Ro tirzepatide review.
